Finnegan Michael Kempston arrived at 4:52 a.m. on Jan. 22, weighed 7 pounds and 12 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Here he is striking the thinking man's pose. He's thinkin he gets a lot more sleep than mommy.

Finn's name comes from Heidi's grandpa, who goes by "Finn" since his last name is Finlayson. "Michael" is Shaun and Joe's middle name.
"Kempston" is a town in England.
Shaun's new middle name is "Mule Train," but he likes his first name of "Daddy" even better.

Notice the birth weight on the bottom of the photo. Finn's about 5 minutes old here, and not a fan of the "scale tronix" machine. But everyone in the room was a big fan of Finn.

Yeah! We're so happy that Finn is here. He's such a handsome baby! We can hardly wait to meet him. Heidi, you have that beautiful momma glow going on--you look gorgeous & happy.

I'm just a little embarrassed...I was looking at the pictures of Finn and I started to cry...not just a few tears, but a deluge of them. Then, one of my co-workers walked into my office and was like, "Are you okay?" and I said, "Best friend....baby...happy."
Love you guys, and you officially have the precious-est baby in the world! Can't wait to meet him :)

Heidi! Finn is truly a handsome little guy. Brought tears to my eyes as we eagerly await our new little one, although I still have 21 weeks to go. Congratulations to you and Shaun both. Let me know when you'll be bringing Finn to the office and I'll make sure to be there.

It brougt a tear to my eye seeing those grandparents oohing and aahing over the new little honey. Doesn't matter if it is the 1st or the 10th - it's still a miracle!
